New York State Wine Trails Experience Growth
Despite the recession, NY State Wine trails experienced impressive growth in 2009. While final figures are not yet in, the New York State Wine and Grape Foundation reports of gains in the Fingerlakes, Niagara and Chatauqua/Lake Erie regions.
It's clear from the data that the wine industry is a growth industry in the Western part of New York State. Local Restaurant Week will continue to advance the linkage between local wineries and local restaurants.
